How you inspire
- You answer simple to complex tax questions for individuals as well as throughout the entire lifecycle of a property
- You advise entrepreneurs in various phases – from starting a business to expansion to succession planning – with a focus on tax aspects
- You create and present needs-based complex tax discussion papers, which serve as a basis for subsequent tax rulings
- You act as the first point of contact for internal expert questions and accompany our financial coaches in complex tax matters, ensuring active and efficient collaboration with our financial coaches
- You appear as a speaker at client events and contribute to expert articles
What you bring
- You have a solid business or legal education as well as a completed further training as a certified tax expert or are on your way there
- Thanks to your excellent language skills in French (priority) and German, you advise confidently and persuasively in both languages
- You are an initiative, customer-oriented, and flexible personality with quick comprehension, very good analytical skills, a structured and precise working style, and pleasant manners
- Preferably, you have several years of experience in a comparable, consulting-oriented environment
- You work independently, show initiative, and have a high level of resilience; moreover, you are willing to travel within the canton of Bern
