• Personnel and professional leadership of the six-member ICT team
• Identifying optimization and development needs of ICT users and developing convincing solution concepts
• Management and control of central ICT projects, especially for the further development of the internal ERP system and the expansion of cross-departmental digitalization
• Clear and transparent communication with our internal and external stakeholders
• Active participation in cross-departmental working groups on ICT and digitalization topics with the aim of continuously developing our ICT processes, standards, and structures and promoting their professionalization
• Ensuring a stable, secure, and reliable ICT operation together with the external provider

• Completed training in computer science or business informatics or several years of professional experience in an ICT function
• Structured, solution-oriented working style even in complex situations
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and proven leadership competence
• Good oral proficiency in German (C2), English (C1), and French (B2) to convey technical content understandably and address stakeholders appropriately
• Great interest in topics related to digitalization, process optimization, and ICT development in an internationally oriented environment
