You work 80-100% in Zug and partially remote
This position offers you
- You design, develop, and produce attractive videos, tutorials, or web-based trainings (WBT) on our products and various specialist topics
- You prepare learning content tailored to the target group, so that it inspires and motivates our partners and customers to learn
- As a specialist in your field, you advise and support our customers in independently creating digital content in various formats
- You continuously evaluate new forms of knowledge transfer and thus make a decisive contribution to a contemporary learning and development culture at V-ZUG
- You support the V-ZUG Academy in various projects and initiatives and prepare training and information documents
- You coordinate, organize, and analyze the learning content of the V-ZUG Academy and work with a learning management system and various communication platforms
You bring the following to the position
- You have a higher education, ideally in the field of Digital Learning (FH/HF/CAS)
- In addition to extensive knowledge in creating digital content (such as WBT and videos), you bring project management experience and are proficient in using learning management systems and authoring tools (ideally Articulate and Vyond)
- Thanks to your high service and customer orientation, you maintain a confident approach with your clients and target groups
- You are a structured, organized, and implementation-strong personality who successfully completes projects on time
- Your willingness to change combined with good analytical skills as well as an agile and innovative mindset characterize you
- In terms of language, you have perfect German and very good English skills in spoken and written form and ideally have good French skills
