What you can achieve
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of the ID office including ensuring availability during defined service hours
- Issuance and management of digital certificates (re-issuance, revocation/blocking, PIN reset, key recovery, and re-encryption)
- Ensuring a high level of service quality towards internal and external stakeholders as well as professional representation of the FM RUAG Real Estate area in daily customer contact
- Consulting and supporting operators, users, and internal departments in the area of access, ID, and certificate systems
- Compliance with and further development of standards, guidelines, and processes in the area of identity and access management
- Participation in projects in the area of mechanical and electronic access systems
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Experience with ID, access, or management systems is an advantage
- Knowledge in the area of digital certificates, PKI, or LRAO processes is desirable
- Experience in participating in projects or coordinating administrative processes
- Communicative personality with a structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Responsible personality with a strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
- Willingness to work nationwide
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
