Your tasks

Creating requirement descriptions and specifications (e.g., EPIC framework concepts, functional specifications, features, use cases)
Analyzing the business requirements and their feasibility
Developing and evaluating future-oriented solution approaches considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks
Active participation in implementation, testing, and introduction
Organizing, moderating, and conducting workshops with relevant stakeholders
Close collaboration with other Business Engineers, product management, subject matter experts, IT architecture, and developers

Your profile

University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, banking & finance, business informatics, or a comparable field
At least 5 years of professional experience in business engineering, preferably at a financial service provider
Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially in finance and the associated value flows
Basic knowledge of system architecture, interface design, as well as analysis and optimization of data flows
Experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), experience as a Product Owner is an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high IT affinity
Open-minded team player with high independence, communication skills, and commitment
Very good oral and written expression in German
