- You take over the department management as well as the medical management and bear responsibility from day one for an innovative care model
- With your expertise, you actively shape the development and implementation of Hospital at Home treatments
- You apply your clinical know-how specifically to safely and effectively care for patients at home
- You lead and inspire your interprofessional team and redefine the future of acute medicine
- You purposefully expand your networks with general practitioners, hospitals, and community partners and effectively bring together digital and analog health worlds
This is what you bring with you
- You are a senior physician with leadership experience and hold a specialist title with MEBEKO recognition in General Internal Medicine
- You have solid clinical experience, ideally also from acute care or hospital medicine
- You pursue an innovative leadership style that strengthens team spirit, promotes initiative, and explores new paths together
- Your interest in new care models and digital health solutions motivates you to actively participate in shaping them
- You have a category B driving license and very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
