We are a leading training provider for ICT apprenticeships throughout Switzerland and train electronics, IT, media technology, and digital business developer apprentices as well as aspiring ICT professionals in the basic training year in Bern, Zurich, and St. Gallen for over 250 partner companies.

For our dynamic team at the Bern location, we are looking for an additional

Electronics Technician as Coach / Trainer (m/f/d, 80% – 100%)

starting temporarily from February/March 2026 for 12 months.

We are looking for someone who creates a work and learning environment where young people can grow and mistakes are understood as valuable learning moments.

You will provide practical training to aspiring electronics technicians EFZ, combining pedagogical flair, technical know-how, and enthusiasm for innovation.

What you will achieve with us

• You will accompany aspiring electronics technicians through a year full of aha moments: from the first simple blinking light to the next Mars robot.
• You will promote skills such as self-organization, problem-solving ability, communication, and reflection.
• You will shape the next generation of Swiss electronics professionals and have an impact that goes far beyond the basic training year.
• You will prepare the apprentices for the partial exam in the manufacturing technology section.

What you bring

• You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician EFZ.
• You are motivated to simplify young people's entry into the professional world by supporting them both professionally and personally.
• You want to make the transmission and sharing of your expertise as well as your professional and life experience with aspiring electronics technicians your professional focus.
• You have a winning personality and sensitivity in dealing with others and have a flair for working with young people.
