Your tasks

• Advising, supporting, and accompanying children, adolescents, guardians, and teachers in psychosocial issues and challenging life situations
• Supporting the school in developing and implementing preventive offers
• Moderating conflict situations and crisis intervention in classes
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with school leaders and teachers in the sense of a positive school culture
• Networking and coordination with other service and specialist offices
• Maintaining case documentation and statistics

Your profile

• University of applied sciences degree in social work, social pedagogy, or comparable education
• Further training and proven experience in school social work or in counseling children, adolescents, and adults
• Further training in systemic work / counseling
• Methodological competence in prevention, mediation, conflict management, and intervention
• Intercultural skills as well as pronounced communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational talent, good self-management, and high resilience
