As the Head of IT, you will take responsibility for the further development of our bank – both strategically and operationally. Together with your team and in close collaboration with internal and external partners, you will manage the IT portfolio and drive its continuous development forward. You will lead the three-member IT team both professionally and personally and ensure the secure operation of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will lead cross-departmental IT projects or act as a technical lead. You will coordinate the collaboration with our IT service providers, ensure their quality, and be the central point of contact.
We expect:
- Degree at the HF, FH, or university level in (business) informatics or business administration
- Experience in leading an IT team and/or managing significant IT projects
- Ideally, knowledge of banking processes and IT architecture
- Analytical thinking ability, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Appreciative leadership personality with a focus on personal responsibility and professional development within the team
