The Auto World of Rotz is an established family business that has been successfully managed by the von Rotz family for over 45 years. With great passion, innovative spirit, and a strong foundation of values, the company has continuously developed.
About four months ago, the offering was expanded with the new von Rotz Genusswelt. This combines modern hotel rooms, a restaurant with show kitchen, as well as versatile event and banquet rooms – creating a unique place for enjoyment, encounters, and experiences.
You are an empathetic host and prudent business manager with experience in leading a multifaceted gastronomy operation with a hotel? Then you are warmly welcome with us.
After the successful start with the Cabrio restaurant and the expanded self check-in hotel, it is time to hand over the fascinating ensemble of a casual fine dining restaurant, seminar and banquet rooms, private spa, and bistro to new management.
Host/Managing Director of Rotz Genusswelt 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:- You manage the operation and are responsible for the economic success and outstanding reputation of the von Rotz Genusswelt
- You lead, promote, and inspire the employees to continuously develop the operation together with them and constantly create new experiences for the guests
- You foster talents, integrate employees, and continuously develop quality while continuing the family values of the von Rotz company
- You lead by example, stand in the middle of the action, give the operation "a face," pitch in, and lead the way
- You optimize operational processes and the quality of service and hospitality based on daily experiences, feedback, and operational results
- You report directly to the owner and chairman of the board, with whom you maintain close communication
- You have solid training in gastronomy and hotel management, for example a specific apprenticeship, a degree from a higher hotel management school, and further training, especially in business administration
- You have proven experience in successfully managing a gastronomy operation with banquet and seminar facilities with a hotel of comparable size
- You are engaging, approachable, create harmonious relationships with guests and employees, and ensure a relaxed atmosphere characterized by cheerfulness
- You represent a modern yet stylish hotel and gastronomy operation through your appearance – you live the von Rotz Genusswelt
