The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.For our Public Pharmacy in the entrance hall, we are looking for a Pharmacy Manager 80% (m/f) from May 1, 2026 or by agreement
Your Tasks
- Personnel, professional and organizational management of the public pharmacy including taking over the technical responsibility
- Competent pharmaceutical care and professional advice for our patients and customers
- Ensuring medication therapy safety at the interface between inpatient and outpatient care as part of comprehensive pharmaceutical discharge management
- Process and assortment design as well as continuous development according to operational requirements and in close cooperation with the hospital pharmacy and other departments
- Participation in interdisciplinary project and working groups
- Development and maintenance of internal guidelines and quality standards
Your Profile
- Completed pharmacy studies and experience in a public pharmacy
- Authorization for independent professional practice and/or FPH title in community pharmacy
- CAS or FPH Clinical Pharmacy desirable
- Comprehensive pharmaceutical expertise, communication skills and confident appearance
- High quality and sense of responsibility, good IT user skills
- Friendly, motivated and customer-oriented personality
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with other professionals and hospital departments
- Independent, structured and precise working style
