Shape the future of rule-based investing!

Take responsibility for the development and continuous enhancement of standardized, global large-cap equity modules, including variants focused on high dividends, to support mandates for wealthy private individuals, UHNWI platforms, and fund solutions.

Implementation of systematic stock selection and portfolio weighting based on clearly defined rules

Transparent investment documentation as well as recording of all adjustments

Ongoing monitoring and transparent reporting of exposure and risk parameters

Optimization and further development of screening and evaluation mechanisms as well as data quality

Implementation of rule sets in portfolio solutions within specified optimization parameters and in close collaboration with quant and risk teams

Several years of professional experience (5–10+ years) in rule-based buy-side equity selection, ideally in the area of global large caps and high dividend strategies

Very good knowledge of Bloomberg, Excel, and risk/optimization platforms (e.g., MSCI Barra, Aladdin)

Proven track record within clear risk budgets

Know-how in ESG integration is desirable

Disciplined, reliable, and precise working style in process implementation and documentation

Constructive, team-oriented working style with willingness for continuous development and innovation

Communicative, appreciative, and committed personality
