100% workload, in the mountain restaurant Sattelhütte of Arosa Bergbahnen AG 
 

A dreamlike panoramic view as well as a rustic and cozy atmosphere await you in our typical Arosa hut at 2401 m above sea level. Here you enjoy Swiss specialties and treat yourself to a well-deserved break on our large sun terrace between runs. Your tasks:

• You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
• Preparation of dishes at various stations
• Mise-en-place for daily operations
• Incoming goods inspection and responsible for order in the storage according to the "first in, first out" principle
• Daily cleaning tasks including compliance and monitoring of kitchen hygiene 
   

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a cook and experience in the same or a similar position
• You enjoy cooking regional, Swiss cuisine with fresh products
• Independent and responsible working
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
• Resilience, team player, reliability and you keep calm in stressful situations
• Skiing or snowboarding is required for the commute
• Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Graubünden mountains
