What you can achieve
- Clarification of the personal circumstances of juveniles in criminal proceedings
- Care and counseling of juvenile offenders during the criminal proceedings as well as after conviction (in penal and measure enforcement)
- Social work support for the responsible juvenile prosecution office
- Organization, supervision, and case management of juvenile criminal law measures and penalties
- Independent case management in personal care
- Supervision of probation periods, instructions as well as contact and area bans
- Regular case discussions with the responsible juvenile prosecution office
- Application of KORJUS (Competence and Risk Orientation in Juvenile Criminal Justice)
- Keeping progress reports and files as well as handling correspondence
- Cooperation with authorities, offices, and social institutions
What distinguishes you for this
- Completed training as a social worker, social pedagogue, or with an equivalent qualification
- Confident handling of juvenile persons and their legal representatives
- Experience in dealing with other authorities such as KESB and professionals
- Resilient and flexible personality (working hours and places of deployment)
- Confident and grammatically correct writing style
- Precise working method as well as a confident appearance
- Good computer user skills (MS Office)
- Strong team spirit and high discretion
- Driver's license category B available
