The Halden Foundation · Living & Life in Old Age offers a cozy home to 60 nursing home residents and 20 residents in assisted living in a family atmosphere.The individual in their uniqueness is at the center with us and is at home here. What to expect
● Responsibility: You take on the professional care and support of our residents.
● Your workload consists of about 50% night shifts and 30–50% day shifts.
● Onboarding: We do not leave you alone. You will be carefully trained in both types of shifts.
● You work in a young, dynamic team where team spirit and independence are highly valued.
What you bring
● You are an experienced Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ.
● Professional strength and the ability to make independent decisions.
