The Ilgenmoos location is one of our three institutions. It offers housing and day structure for adult clients on the outskirts of Effretikon. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for two people to strengthen our external residential group in Fehraltdorf.
Specialist in Housing & Social Pedagogue (80% workload each)
These are your tasks:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative work with reference persons
- Close coordination with the team for a common care-pedagogical attitude and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation
This is what you bring:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH and for the housing specialist, a degree as a care specialist (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe)
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
