Performance management supports service providers in clinical daily routine, analyzes and reviews documented services, and develops data-based evaluations and optimizations. In close interprofessional collaboration, the team strengthens the quality and traceability of service billing.
Here you get involved
- You advise and support departments on professional and technical questions regarding service recording, billing, and rejections
- You take over the professional application responsibility for the billing tool and its UM systems and ensure their smooth operation as well as further development
- You ensure the quality and completeness of outpatient service recording through targeted controls and analyses
- You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute your expertise in process optimizations
You
- Completed commercial or medical basic training (e.g., insurance specialist, MPA or FaGe) with pronounced administrative skills
- Several years of professional experience in the health or insurance sector is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of outpatient medical tariffs as well as other outpatient tariff systems
- Confidence in the independent and correct application of tariffs
- Structured, responsible, and reliable way of working
