Your possibilities
- Operational Rotations & Learning Journey: Join an 18‑month rotation program within Supply Chain and Operations. You will gain hands‑on experience across Supply Chain, Operations Quality, Operations Excellence, and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Process Optimization & Excellence: Learn how lean principles, quality tools, and data‑driven decision‑making shape world‑class operations. Support strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, cost, quality, and flow.
- Manufacturing & Med‑Tech Insights: Build a deep understanding of med‑tech manufacturing environments, regulatory requirements, and the full lifecycle of medical implant production.
- Project Ownership & Leadership Growth: Depending on your seniority and experience, you will contribute as a project assistant or lead smaller-scale initiatives. You’ll grow into managing more complex projects by the end of the rotation.
- Global Exposure: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and take part in business trips abroad to support global operational projects and manufacturing initiatives.
- Career Pathway: After completing the program, the goal is to transition you into a leadership role driving impactful operational projects within the global Supply Chain and Operations organization.
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree in mechanical, biomedical, or industrial engineering completed within the past 18 months
- 1-3 years of general work experience
- Project management experience is preferred
- Clear and confident communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical abilities and high comfort working with data, especially in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
