• Support of assigned areas in our
  hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen in the HR processes
  recruitment, support and development of personnel
• Consulting and support of managers and employees in operational and strategic HR topics
• Analysis and optimization of HR processes
• Participation in HR projects and
  change management processes
• Close cooperation in the areas of personnel marketing, training and further education as well as personnel administration

• Further education in the HR field or completed studies (specialist certificate level or bachelor)
• Professional experience in HR and knowledge of labor law are an advantage
• High consulting competence and strong communication skills
