Your main tasks:
- Service Delivery: You are responsible for the contract-compliant delivery of our energy management services.
- Analysis: You conduct systematic energy analyses for our clients.
- Efficiency Improvement: You develop and evaluate effective measures to increase energy efficiency.
- Project Implementation: You coordinate the implementation of energy-technical optimizations in close consultation with clients and continuously monitor the energetic effects.
- Monitoring: You manage and optimize our energy monitoring system.
- Reporting: You create clear guidelines for measurement and reporting concepts as well as regular energy consumption and efficiency reports.
- Knowledge Transfer: You regularly train technical staff on current energy topics and support their professional development.
Your profile:
- Education: You have a completed technical or university degree in building technology, energy and environmental technology, or a comparable field.
- Expertise: You bring solid system knowledge in the areas of heating, climate, cooling, or electrical engineering.
- Legal Knowledge: You are familiar with the relevant Swiss environmental and energy regulations.
- IT Skills: You are proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in everyday use.
- Project Management: You have solid experience in project management and ideally additional training in energy management or operational optimization.
- Personality: You act proactively and customer-oriented, convincing through assertiveness, empathy, and patience.
- Language Skills: You communicate fluently in German and English.
