Junior Management Analyst (m/f/x) - 80-100%

To strengthen our Pension and Personal Insurance Department (PAP), which offers our clients high-level services in Pension, underwriting & pricing, as well as in AP benefits management, we are looking for a Junior Management Analyst, between 80% and 100%, responsible for the production and analysis of statistics and KPIs, project monitoring in collaboration with IT, and the uniformity of PowerPoint presentations for the Department.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Data extractions, formatting, and initial analyses for our internal and external clients
• Preparation and analysis of benefit listings, portfolios, specific policies, etc.
• Periodic production and maintenance of dashboards, on Excel and Power BI, for Pension and Personal Insurance
• Writing various studies and projects under the supervision of colleagues, often in connection with IT
• Writing and harmonizing PowerPoint presentations for the entire Department

What makes you unique:

• HEC education (actuary or finance) or equivalent
• Some initial experience as an Analyst, or an internship, ideally in the Insurance or Banking sector, would be an asset
• Native French speaker, a good command of German would be an asset
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other analysis tools
• Affinity for programming (knowledge of Python ideally), as well as working with Product Management and IT

You are autonomous and proactive, know how to organize your work, have a keen sense of analysis, and enjoy working in a demanding environment. Naturally curious and conscientious, you like to learn, communicate, and collaborate. You have a fondness for creating PowerPoint presentations.
