University of Teacher Education FHNW, Study and Teaching Services
Your tasks:
As an employee of the Central Information Office of the PH Study Counseling (ZSB), you are the contact person for prospective students and students.
Your activities include:
- Providing competent initial information and triaging inquiries
- Maintaining and collaborating with interfaces
- Participating in information events (entire educational region Northwest Switzerland)
- Taking on overarching administrative tasks for the ZSB
- Managing and maintaining the web portal for students
The position is limited until 31.08.2027. There is an option for extension.
Your profile:
You are open, communicative, flexible, and service-oriented with a good sense for different personalities.
Additionally, you bring the following:
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent education – ideally experience in the education sector
- Enjoy structured, precise work
- Confident handling of digital tools and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience – also during intense phases with high consultation and inquiry volume
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as part of events
