Location: This position will be in Zug – Switzerland
The Role
You will bridge platform capabilities and application value by orchestrating cross-product delivery, translating cross-product customer needs into unified product strategy, and driving platform convergence while maintaining entrepreneurial agility across the Building X portfolio
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Orchestration & Cross-Product Delivery
- Coordinate portfolio delivery, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely contributions from product directors across all Building X applications
- Manage cross-product initiatives, dependencies, and adoption of unified tools, processes, and standards
Customer-Centric Strategy Translation
- Act as SPOC towards our commercial organisation, unifying the story across applications demonstrate how the true power of Building X is unlocked by combining individual app strengths
- Evangelize portfolio strategy and ensure coherent value propositions across applications
Platform Convergence & Application Integration
- Drive initiatives that leverage platform capabilities (IoT connectivity, building twin, subscription management, user/access control), to enhance application value and integration
- Promote data sharing, interoperability, and centralized workflows, challenging siloed approaches
Platform Adoption & User Advocacy
- Represent applications in platform user groups and gather insights on usability and adoption barriers
- Support adoption across teams by translating platform updates into actionable application opportunities
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years in product management, program management, or SaaS roles, ideally in IoT, smart buildings, or platform-based ecosystems
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, IoT connectivity, cloud services (AWS), and platform concepts (subscription management, multi-tenancy, API design)
- Proven ability to manage cross-product roadmaps, drive platform adoption, and coordinate complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and translating their needs into product strategy
- Drive platform adoption and cross-product alignment without formal authority while ensuring structured processes and reliable delivery
- Demonstrated success balancing long-term platform vision with short-term delivery in fast-moving, flat organizations
- Fluency in English
