Main tasks
- Receiving, triaging, coordinating, and processing of incident reports and service requests
- Supporting users in the use of IT systems and business applications
- Close collaboration with 2nd-level support within the framework of incident and problem management
- User management for new and existing employees
- Participation in projects and testing for release management
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement and optimization of our support processes
Profile
- Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ (or IT-affine career changers) with professional experience in the service desk
- Strong technical understanding, quick comprehension, and solution-oriented
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, Mobile Device Management, IT security
- Confident, upbeat, and resilient personality with a neat appearance
- High service mentality and team orientation
- German or French skills (C2) with very good knowledge of the other language
