As a Business Process Manager – Continuous Improvement, you will play a key role in embedding a CI culture within our operations teams, with a strong focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction and quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in our Product Service Center (PSC) to streamline processes, standardize tools, and support profitable growth for Hitachi Service.
How you’ll make an impact

Champion and embed a culture of continuous improvement (CI) within Operations and SCM

Lead and support cross-functional CI initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness

Map and optimize business processes, ensuring seamless interfaces between Sales, SCM, Project Management, Engineering, Order Management, Field Service, and New Business

Develop and maintain tools that promote process standardization and operational excellence across the organization

Strengthen collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

Proactively address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Your background
-
A passion for process optimization and continuous improvement. Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification (preferred)

Higher education with a commercial or technical focus (University, FH, TS, or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years of experience in business process improvement or a related discipline.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools

Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
