To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as of May 1, 2026, or by agreement

• Management of the website and intranet as well as responsibility for their strategic and technical further development
• Professional responsibility for the internal communication platform "Beekeeper"
• Project management for web and intranet projects
• Management of the web agency and coordination of agency, internal IT, and other suppliers
• Support of our web and intranet editorial team (support, training), creating instructions
• Writing and optimizing website texts
• Managing our Google business profile and publishing social media posts
• Creating newsletters
• Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on online communication measures

• Successfully completed training or further education in digital or online marketing
• Experience in a similar position is desirable
• Solid knowledge in UX, AI, SEO, content marketing, accessibility, and online data protection
• Knowledge of CMS (ideally TYPO3)
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or InDesign as well as Google Search Console and GA4, Matomo is an advantage
• Familiarity with the communication platform "Beekeeper" is an advantage
• Good experience with newsletter tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in applying these in daily work
• Very good written and verbal expression
