Your Tasks
- Coordinate and lead collection measures to effectively secure revenue losses
- Work solution-oriented with your team of 7 employees and develop it strategically
- Design and optimize processes in collection management with a focus on efficiency and goal achievement
- Manage interfaces with departments such as Legal, IT, Sales, and Accounting collaboratively and solution-oriented
- You are responsible for KPIs, measure control, and the implementation of corresponding activities
- In addition, you represent your area in important committees and ensure the coordination of external service providers
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration (FH, university) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience combined with leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of collection, billing, and legal procedures
- You work in a structured way, think analytically, and can present complex issues appropriately to the target audience
- With commitment, assertiveness, and foresight, you drive topics purposefully and with strong implementation skills
- You have very good IT skills and communicate fluently in German as well as confidently in French
