For our school bus operation at the Biel and Lyss locations, we are looking for an initiative, team-oriented specialist as dispatcher / clerk for school bus and public transport by agreement.

• Assistance in planning school bus routes
• Daily deployment planning of line buses including coordination with workshops
• Daily personnel dispatch in case of short-term absences or deployments
• Assistance with special tasks
• Monitoring and management of daily operations
• Handling telephone and written customer inquiries
• General administrative tasks

• Commercial training or further education
• Resilient, team-oriented and flexible

• Confident handling of MS Office
• Independent working style
• French language skills
