Job Description

• Completed training as an optician or MPA
• Ideally professional experience in an ophthalmologist's practice
• Experience in the operating room is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of direct patient contact as well as organizational and administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of practice software and digital work processes
• Resilience, flexibility, and a neat, friendly appearance

Qualifications

• Reception and care of our patients
• Telephone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and coordination
• Performing various preliminary examinations (auto-refraction, OCT, visual field, etc.)
• Assisting in preparing patients for operations
• Various administrative tasks
• Co-responsibility for smooth practice operations
