We are strengthening our team within the electrical department of the Eclépens Cement Plant.

What awaits you:
- Maintain and manage the programmable logic controller park and ensure the site's automation standard
- Ensure maintenance and optimization of the control system, process computers, and internal computer networks
- Keep the documentation related to site automation up to date
- Perform calibration and adjustment of sensors and analyzers
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot the internal computer network (servers, OPC, Gateway, etc.)
- Actively participate in testing, commissioning, and optimization of installations
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of measuring and analysis instruments
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal department projects
- Provide on-call service according to a pre-established rotation
- Collaborate in apprentice training and sharing best practices
What you bring:
- Industrial Systems Technician ES or equivalent training, ready to be present on site
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining a production center, ideally in heavy industry
- Excellent knowledge in PLC programming (preference for Simatic S7)
- Good command of industrial IT and networks (configuration, server) is an asset
- Comfortable with IT tools (SAP and MS Office, an advantage)
- OIBT 15 or willing to train
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and willingness to learn
- Personal commitment to health and safety at work
- Fluent French required, knowledge of English or German is an asset
