Your Profile
- Completed training in human resources as an HR assistant or HR clerk
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Very precise and independent working style
- Good PC skills (ABACUS, Polypoint, MS Office)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Committed and friendly demeanor, resilient and flexible personality
Your Responsibilities
- Handling all administrative HR tasks from entry to exit
- Creating contracts and contract modifications
- Obtaining approvals
- Accompanying and monitoring the onboarding process
- Absence management including sickness and accident notifications
- Creating certificates / interim certificates
- Correspondence and secretarial tasks in human resources
