About the role
In the frame of its product development (Energy Storage System), H55 is searching for a Senior Software Verification engineer.
You will be responsible for leading the verification activities to meet the system & software development needs, safety and reliability objectives.
It’s a senior role with strong leadership skills. You will report directly to the Software Team Leader and you will have technical responsibility for refinement and execution of verification process.
The position will be based in the H55’s headquarters in Sion, Switzerland.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include
- Lead an automated, scalable verification strategy, integrated with CI/CD pipelines and aligned with DO-178C objectives.
- Optimize test case development processes and executing reusable test procedures.
- Set up and manage test environments, tools, test benches for various level of testing from software unit tests up to system component testing.
- Perform various analysis, like requirements, verification and structural coverage analysis, WCET evaluations.
- Contribute to tool qualification and automatic generation of traceability, coverage, and verification results reports.
- Build and track real-time metrics to monitor quality and progress.
- Actively participate in life-cycle data reviews and project milestones review.
- Manage day-to-day activities with development and verification supplier.
Your profile
- 10+ years of experience in safety-critical aerospace software verification, with a strong focus on DO-178C / DO-331 / DO-330.
- Proven expertise in software requirement-based testing, experience in system verification processes is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with target-based verification environments, NI PXI platforms.
- Proficient in Python and C for embedded development.
- Experience integrating verification tasks into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Polyspace tool chain and workflows.
- Practical experience in SW/SW Integration testing with Rapita toolchain: RapiTest, RapiCover.
- Skilled in authoring and evolving software processes, plans and standards aligned with certification requirements and integration of these processes in modern ALM systems.
- Practical experience in participating in SOI3 audits is a plus.
- Strong taste for a start up environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on automated reporting and efficient documentation practices.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
