Your tasks
- Participation in specialist and cross-departmental assignments and projects for the further development, digitization, and optimization of credit processes
- Analysis, implementation, and introduction of measures related to new legal and regulatory requirements in the credit area
- Creation, maintenance, and continuous updating of internal instructions, work instructions, forms, templates, and process documentation
- Conducting data analyses, special clarifications, and support in reporting as well as in the further development of reporting tools
- Support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits in the credit area
- Active support of the Head of Credit Management in day-to-day business through the implementation of technical, legal, and organizational tasks
- Taking over process ownership for defined credit processes
Your profile
- Completed banking training and/or higher education with a focus on finance/business administration or comparable qualification
- Knowledge in credit business, credit monitoring, and/or in the regulatory environment is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in project work and a good understanding of internal banking processes are also a plus
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems and tools
- Quick comprehension as well as precise, reliable, and independent working style
- Very good German and good English skills (level B1/B2)

Your first six months with us
In the first six months, you will be gradually introduced to your tasks – oriented towards current topics and priorities. A structured onboarding plan provides the framework, while flexibility is required as urgent tasks are prioritized. Project work takes place in close exchange with the team – accompanied by targeted know-how transfer and practical support.
