The Foundation for Senior Housing of the City of Zurich (SAW) operates 36 settlements with more than 2000 affordable apartments for people aged 60 and over within the city area. It supports its tenants with everyday, social, and nursing services, thereby enabling them to enjoy a high quality of life into old age. Its diverse socio-cultural offerings support the development of neighborhood contacts and an active community life.

As reinforcement for our Spitex Team West, we are looking for a responsible Health Specialist EFZ for day service to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You care for and support our clients in their apartments.
• You assist clients with daily living activities or take over these tasks on their behalf.
• You collaborate with the clients' social environment, their general practitioners, and other services.
• You are responsible for complete nursing documentation via smartphone.
• You actively contribute your expertise and social skills daily.

Profile

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ, DNI, FASRK, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience, preferably in Spitex or long-term care
• Good oral and written German skills
• Willingness to work on weekends
• PC application skills and a flair for using smartphones
