The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our Women’s Clinic, we are looking for a Medical Secretary Women’s Clinic 80 - 100% starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Typing operation reports and medical correspondence from dictation using speech recognition system
Preparing discharge reports
Administrative tasks and managing the electronic patient record

Your Profile

Completed training as a medical practice assistant or medical secretary
Independent, structured, and efficient working style as well as confident prioritization
Loyal, balanced personality with a strong team orientation
