Youth Counselor (m/f/d)
ROBS stands for action, fun, and sports: from night water polo to chilling on the beach to performing in the youth show! Thanks to you, young people between 13 and 17 years old experience an unforgettable holiday at ROBINSON. You plan and organize our programs during the day and help shape the youth shows in the evening. You ensure they stay active in sports, get to know each other, and have carefree fun. You keep an eye on safety and inspire the youth so that they absolutely want to be part of it.
You should bring yourself and the following:
- Educational training, e.g., as a teacher or experience in working with and caring for young people, e.g., as a coach in a sports club, youth leader during holiday camps, or group leader in the scouts
- Educational training, e.g., as an educator or experience in child and youth recreational work
- Joy in the profession and in working with children
- Good English skills desirable
