Your role
In this position, you take responsibility for the After Sales area at the Oberglatt site and actively shape the further development of the service business.
The role combines leading an established team with a strong proximity to operational day-to-day business as well as collaboration with international units within the MAAG Group.
Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the After Sales and Service team at the Oberglatt site for melt pumps.
- Ensuring smooth service business (maintenance, repair, spare parts, complaints, troubleshooting)
- Supporting the team with complex technical issues as well as in escalation management
- Further development and standardization of service processes and procedures
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (engineering, production, sales, application technology, product management)
- Coordination with international service organizations within the MAAG Group
- Contribution to the further development of the global After Sales network within the matrix organization
- Development of service concepts and support of the worldwide service organization
Your profile
- Technical education with further training (technician, HF, FH or bachelor) in mechanical engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in After Sales / Service in the industrial capital goods environment
- Experience in leading teams in a technical environment
- Sound knowledge of service processes, troubleshooting, and complaint management
- Strong process understanding as well as structured and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to navigate confidently in an international matrix organization
- Very good German and English skills
