For the Fricktal Outpatient Clinic in Rheinfelden, as part of the Center for Outpatient Regionalized Assessments and Treatments of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (KJP), we are looking for you as of September 1, 2025, or by arrangement
Tasks
- You lead the Rheinfelden Outpatient Clinic professionally and administratively in cooperation with the medical management of the Center for Outpatient Regionalized Assessments and Treatments and ensure operations according to institutional guidelines and goals
- You lead an interdisciplinary team with medical, psychological, and administrative staff both personally and professionally and participate in patient care
- You hire new employees, support, develop, and qualify your team
- You collaborate with the center management and the heads of other outpatient clinics as well as other departments of the KJP and external partners, focusing on implementing institutional goals
- You contribute to the overarching development of institutional and professional topics
Profile
- You have a solid psychological and psychotherapeutic education with a Swiss federal recognized degree as a psychotherapist
- You bring several years of differentiated clinical professional experience in the KJP
- You promote interdisciplinary, guideline-oriented work and are motivated for the most efficient assessment and treatment of children and adolescents involving their families
- You are characterized by very good social skills, initiative, flexibility, and resilience
- Ideally, you have leadership experience and leadership training or are willing to complete such training
