For our client based in Fleurier, we are looking for a motivated, experienced, and autonomous CFC Landscaper – Maintenance Manager, capable of efficiently managing maintenance projects and leading a team.
Your missions – Expertise and organization
Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance projects (green spaces, parks, gardens).
Perform and coordinate seasonal work: mowing, ornamental pruning, planting, weeding, and care of flower beds.
Manage and motivate the team on site to ensure quality and respect deadlines.
Ensure optimal use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Ensure client follow-up and monitor their satisfaction.
Profile sought – What we expect
CFC Landscaper or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in green space maintenance and ideally in team management.
Solid knowledge in horticulture, shrub and hedge pruning, lawn management.
Natural leadership, rigor, and sense of service.
Driving license B mandatory, BE license a plus.
