Your main tasks

• Responsible for general secretarial work and telephone service
• Administration in project processing for the construction management project management
• Collaboration in the preparation of decision-making bases for the city and municipal council as well as primary school board
• Collaboration in correspondence with authorities, planners, offices and third parties
• Administration of tender procedures
• Collaboration in invoice control, cost allocation for construction projects as well as construction billing
• Maintain folder filing and archive construction project documents

You bring with you

• Commercial qualification
• Experience in the commercial and construction environment
• Good knowledge of public construction and tender law is an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken expression
• Winning and team-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative, customer orientation and communication skills
