The project management area is strategically important for Swiss Life and is currently being strengthened because our IT projects require the highest quality standards. As a project manager, you take on a central role and drive the further development of our project excellence together with us.
Your area of responsibility
- You take on (partial) project management with result responsibility in Swiss Life IT as well as the management of project and other cross-departmental meetings
- The responsibility for delivery results and their impact on operational business is carried by you alongside responsibility for reporting and the budget
- You represent the project management team within the organization and towards stakeholders and other interest groups
- You take responsibility for smooth communication and targeted stakeholder management as well as for a successful project completion
- Within the team, you ensure the promotion of active knowledge exchange and knowledge building as well as the continuous development of the skill set
Your strengths
- You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, finance, or a similar focus
- In addition, you have already gained several years of experience in managing demanding IT projects (preferably in the financial industry or in management consulting)
- Besides a proven track record in successful project implementation, professional knowledge of a wealth manager is an advantage
- You bring a good understanding and great interest in technical matters and have good social interaction skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Your working style is structured and professional, and your methodological understanding is extensive in an agile environment
- Along with a high standard for your work performance and motivation for further development, you speak fluent German and your English is business fluent
