Your Tasks

Holistic and professional care and support of internal medicine and geriatric patients (m/f/d) with multiple illnesses
Promotion of mobility and independence (e.g., fall prevention, provision of aids)
Management of chronic diseases and support in therapy adjustment
Close interdisciplinary collaboration
Proper and professional documentation
Participation in ward and team meetings as well as rounds

Your Profile

Successfully completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care or as a nursing specialist
Interest in specialized training in geriatrics desirable
Empathy and communication skills
Committed and team-oriented personality
Independent working style
