The Knecht Group is an expanding service group in the areas of travel, transport, commercial vehicle centers, real estate, and healthcare. It employs around 2,500 employees in various subsidiaries.

knechtcare includes the activities of the Knecht Group in healthcare and offers a comprehensive and continuously growing range of services in the mobile sector, including home rehabilitation, care, patient transport, and emergency services. The finance team of knechtcare is responsible for the finance and accounting of the six companies in the knechtcare division: Spitex 24 AG, private Care AG, reha at home ag, Seniorencare 24 AG, Rettungsdienste NWS AG, and MoPi.ch AG.

For the companies private Care AG and Spitex 24 AG, we are looking for a young, motivated personality in corporate development.

You support the management in processing and preparing projects, documents for tenders, permits, as well as creating professional corporate presentations and offers to attract new partners. In doing so, you take on both research and analysis tasks as well as appealing visual preparation of content. Additionally, you assist with the daily administrative business and support the daily administrative tasks. Through close involvement in projects, you have the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility, for example in project coordination, market analyses, or offer presentations. The position thus offers you a varied range of tasks with a clear administrative focus and at the same time room for personal development towards corporate development. The currently advertised workload could be increased at a later date.

• You are currently enrolled in a ongoing bachelor's degree program (e.g., business, communication, administration, or comparable) and are looking for a part-time job alongside your studies
• You have already gained some experience in administrative activities, ideally through commercial basic training
• German is your native language, and you have a very good written expression as well as a confident ability to formulate
• You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner and enjoy preparing content clearly and professionally
• Confident handling of common MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or comparable tools
• High willingness to learn, team spirit, and the motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics and take on responsibility
