About the job
What you will do here
- Responsible for the stable operation of our CRM system, ensuring second-level support as well as compliance and optimization of the associated business processes
- Design and conduct internal CRM training sessions and act as a competent contact person for consulting and supporting our internal stakeholders
- Apply agile methods according to Scrum/SAFe, especially in change and release management, and develop concepts and communication foundations for further development
- Actively contribute your expertise to cross-departmental, BFH-wide projects and represent the interests of CRM there
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree or comparable education and training in the fields of communication/marketing, business administration, or agile software development
- Experience in shaping and automating marketing and communication processes, preferably also in the area of agile methods, e.g., Scrum
- Initiative, decisiveness, and technical affinity for Microsoft products as well as enjoyment in working with CRM systems
- Communicative personality and team player with quick comprehension, great enthusiasm, and good analytical skills
- Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English and French is an advantage
