Lecture Hall Supporter & Event Support at the Biozentrum (80%)

Your tasks

• Support of audio & video technology for teaching and events
• Consultation regarding technical possibilities in the various rooms
• Contact person for event organizers on technical questions
• Maintenance work on technical AV installations

Your profile

• You have completed technical training, ideally as a multimedia electronics technician or event specialist, or have several years of practical experience in technical support
• Analytical thinking in technical problems
• You work proactively, independently, and solution-oriented and enjoy dealing with international customers
• Knowledge of Zoom/Teams and Panopto for Windows and Mac, as well as experience as an event technician, is desirable
• You have good communication skills, written and spoken, in German and English
