YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Timely handling, planning, and management of demanding modernization projects in an international environment
- Together with the project team, you implement the customer requirements specification and develop forward-looking modernization solutions
- You lead a motivated project team
- You plan and conduct the internal engineering activities
- Together with the project team, you create high-quality engineering documents and thus make a significant contribution to the success of the project
- By leading the approval and acceptance activities, you achieve flawless vehicle quality as well as timely approval
- Development of innovative solutions for top modernization offers for our customers
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies as a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, or equivalent education
- Many years of experience in managing demanding projects in an international environment
- Many years of experience in the railway industry or plant construction
- Team player with a high degree of social competence, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
- Completed business management training desirable
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Structured, goal-oriented, dynamic, and loyal personality
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (20-30%)
