Requirement:
For this exciting task, we are looking for someone with a completed apprenticeship as a merchant in the customer dialogue field. Ideally, you have already gained 2-5 years of experience in customer service and want to apply your knowledge and skills with us. What sets you apart is a positive, communicative, and independent personality and a can-do mentality. You have a flair for good customer relationships, a
high service orientation, and gladly take on responsibility. An eye for detail, a high standard of quality, and your ability to work in a team characterize you. Fluent French and German skills are a must, good English skills are indispensable.
You will take on the following tasks:
- Receiving, processing, and forwarding customer inquiries via telephone and ticketing system
- Telephone customer advice and sales
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Maintenance of the self-help portal for customers
- Development of improvement potentials in the Customer Care department
- Collecting customer feedback and processing it into new product requirements
- General support of customers within the framework of support services
