Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for quality and management systems according to the standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Leadership and development of the QMS team
- Contact person for customers, suppliers, and certification bodies
- Support of the sales team in project meetings
- Further development and monitoring of quality standards and processes
- Planning and conducting internal and external audits
- Analysis of quality indicators and initiation of improvement measures
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in quality management
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Experience in quality assurance in production
- Knowledge in the areas of laboratory, X-ray, CT, and metrology is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and structured working method
- Very good German and English skills
