For an external customer project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the position of ICT System Engineer at the senior level (from 5-8 years) starting from 01.10.2025 .

Main tasks:
- Design, implementation, and automation of the database platform
- Focus topic Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server.
- Further development and operation of the PostgreSQL database infrastructure
- Analysis, support, and consulting of applications in the PostgreSQL database area
- Implementation of internal customer requirements for Azure Cloud infrastructure in a SAFe ART.
- Hardening of the used components based on "good practices"
Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- Several years of practical experience in building and automating database platforms, especially with PostgreSQL
- Experience with public cloud, preferably in the financial environment and with Azure
- Solid computer science education
- Quick comprehension, analytical and conceptual thinking
- High quality awareness and precise working style
- Team player, customer-oriented and communicative personality
- Experience with agile development methods (Scrum, SAFe) We are looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Solution Engineer Expert for the further development and expansion of our Microsoft Azure platform, including in the area of Azure PostgreSQL
Requirements: (spoken/written language)
- German: C2 – near-native proficiency
- English: B2 – Upper Intermediate – First (FCE)
