What You’ll Do
We are currently hiring for a position that is part-time, approximately 50% of a full-time position. Therefore, we are specifically looking for individuals who are seeking employment on a part-time basis and are available for a few hours each day. It is important to note that this position requires on-site presence at our office. While occasional remote work may be possible, the majority of the work will be conducted in our office environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Zurich-based team members, ensuring the office is a comfortable, well-organized, and effective environment to work in.
- Coordinate office logistics, including ordering supplies, handling mail, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with IT Team to make sure all office equipment and systems function properly.
- Handle maintenance tasks to keep the office functioning well.
- Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Support Zurich engagement team in planning and organizing team events and activities.
- Handle sensitive communications with care and write professional correspondence.
- Provide practical, day-to-day support to team members to foster a supportive work environment.

You Have:
- Hands-on experience with office management / operations in a dynamic environment.
- Great organisational skills, comfortable with juggling various streams at the same time.
- Self driven, can do attitude, fast learner, ready to face challenges as they arise.
- Optimism, discretion and service orientation.
- Excellent professional written and spoken communication skills in English and German are essential.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and to adapt to various situations.
- Availability to work at a reduced capacity - 50% of full-time. Ideally, availability every day.
- You are a team player who listens actively to understand the needs of others.
